Team Awards vs Individual Awards

Its a very common way to give individual awards in industry, but what research says is opposite of that – the bright performer in the team are bottleneck to the system and even more devastating in many ways …stop think just about demotivating the rest of the team members with the feeling ‘I too did equally good’.  The Individual Bright Performer Awards are the slow-downer to that individuals performance more than increasing his performances.
